CUBANS TRAVELLING TO SERBIA

-----------------------------------------

The Free Visa Agreement is in force between the Republic of Serbia and the Republic of Cuba, according to which citizens of both countries can travel and stay in the other without a visa, up to 90 days, as tourists.

However, lately, Cuban citizens are asked to have an invitation letter from a Serbian citizen (it can be a copy), certified by the public notary, where all the necessary information will be mentioned (names, personal identification numbers and passport, telephone number, address in Serbia), in order to present it at the entrance of our country.

Likewise, the person who invites must wait for the Cuban citizen at the airport, in case they call to verify its identity.

Also,  must have 50.00 euros per day, and travel insurance, for the days od the planned stayng.

No PCR or Vaccine certificate is needed.

If they travel through Germany, must have the invitation letter in English.
If they are travel through France, must obtain a Schengen transit visa, as well as through Suisse.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE ABUSE OF THE FREE VISA REGIME, THE BORDER CONTROLS HAVE BEEN STRENGTHENED. IMMIGRATION AUTHORITIES AT THE BORDERS HAVE THE DISCRETIONARY RIGHT TO STOP THE TRAVEL AND NOT ALLOW A FOREIGN CITIZEN TO ENTER THE COUNTRY.
